A KayPeeZee staff member is not a worker or an employee in the traditional sense but rather a person in the process of fulfilling their destiny through passion.

Our responsibility is a huge one which is to help in the development of the little ones entrusted in our care during the most important years of their lives and we don’t take this lightly. We at KayPeeZee are the first to admit that we do not know everything but we are constantly challenging each other to grow and better ourselves in the hope that this rubs off onto all that we come in contact with. Through effective communication we will impart to each other and learn from each other and in so doing we will grow and live up to our Mission Statement. We strive to exceed expectations and to provide a level of service that is second to none, one step at a time, one day at a time.

KayPeeZee was started with one goal in mind…to help each other become what we dream.
This is our Ethos and we teach all KayPeeZee children this.
Monday to Friday we run a daycare. There are 13 dedicated, dynamic people working at KayPeeZee. We are passionate about teaching and caring for your children.
Children from different walks of life have joined KayPeeZee.
We can see how each child grows on a daily basis.
KayPeeZee groups are kept small to enable our ECD practitioners to pay attention to each child and concentrate in developing each child at his/her pace.
Carmie
Principal
Carmelita is the Principal at KayPeeZee and a mother of two. She has been with KayPeeZee since 2014 and has proven herself through her hard work and willingness to go the extra mile and her ability to take the lead. Carmie has vast teaching experience even up to Grade 7.
Her compassion for children and her determination to succeed is what makes her so special.
Ally
Green Unit Practitioner
Ally is currently our orange unit practitioner. She has been with KayPeeZee since 2017 and loves her work.
Her dedication and determination to make a success of what she does, makes her truly special.
Naeemah
Yellow Unit Practitioner
Naeemah is currently our yellow / green unit practitioner and is a mother of four. She has been with KayPeeZee since 2017. She has great compassion and always displays her affection towards our children.
Her willingness to learn and explore has allowed her to grow and improve her teaching ability.
Nozi
KayPeeZee Cook
Nozi is our cook and is mother to one. She has been with KayPeeZee since 2011 and still wows us with her cooking. She is certainly not limited to cooking and often cares for and supervises the children.
Her dedication and hard work is noticeable and she loves each child at KayPeeZee as her own.
Damica
Child Support Specialist
Damica is a young and vibtant teacher and a 2022 addition to KayPeeZee. She teaches our Pre Grade R's and have already commenced with her B-ed degree.

Thuli
Grade R Practitioner
Thuli is currently our grade R practitioner and a mother of three. She has been with KayPeeZee since 2017.
Thuli has a heart of gold and her teaching methods and strategy will benefit any child that comes across her path. She puts a lot of effort into her work and always makes sure that she's up to date and that her standard is above what's expected.
